Pat's Story-
"I've been training with Eric in some way, shape, or form for over 10 years. Prior to working with him, I was 40 lbs heavier than I am now. Eric's training style and sense of community has held my interest and added fun and new friendships in my life. The sense of community, training style, and variety has kept me coming back. I am so excited to be part of TheZone."

Why Did We ask Pat to be a Zone Mentor? -
The answer can really be best conveyed in three words; PAT GETS IT. Pat knows the importance of making a health & fitness plan a PRIORITY in her life, and balancing it with work, family and friends. Pay also is someone wjo truly enjoys life to its fullest. "Balance" is a big part of what makes Pat a great mentor.
* Pat is primarily a "night class" member, but does occasionally pop into a morning class now and then. Pat also is very consistent with the tracking of her food.
