The Zone has been one of the BEST decisions we have ever made… it has been like no other gym experience we have had in the past. The non-judgmental atmosphere, endless encouragement, positive support and welcoming people are all second to none. Working hard and having fun go hand and hand which makes it a place we want to be!! What a difference a year makes!! We are truly happier and healthier people as a result of joining The Zone.

Amazing coaches that engage and motivate customizing moves for newbies like me. And other Zoners that are so kind, fun, and helpful. Eric Tostrud and The Zone are the keys to keeping me accountable, fit and give me the chance to meet and workout with a group of people that I consider my friends. I have been a member of The Zone for many years - since it's inception. The flexibility and variety of options to get my workouts in has been the driver for me to keep coming back. I am a self proclaimed hater of exercise but Eric Tostrud and his gym, The Zone, changed that. I finally found a place that accepts you exactly where you are but also encourages you to push out of your comfort zone and try to become a better version of yourself.
