Lisa met Zone founder Eric while competing on The Biggest Loser. Eric welcomed her into his small garage gym, and the rest is history! Since then, they’ve tackled some big challenges together, including a Tough Mudder, a half marathon, and one of the coldest NYC Marathons ever! When she’s not teaching, you’ll often find Lisa working out right alongside you in Zone classes.
